Tom Diorio serves as an Executive Vice President for PBC Hotel Construction Group, LLC. Tom brings over 30 years of construction and development experience to the leadership of the company. Over his career Tom has been involved in over $1.5 billion dollars of construction and development projects covering all aspects, including, but not limited to, hotels, high rise apartments, senior housing, commercial, municipal, and retail projects.

John McCann serves as an Executive Vice President of Real Estate and Finance. John has been in the Real Estate and Finance industry for the past 25 years. During his 25 years of experience in the industry, John has been involved in all aspects of Real Estate such as Real Estate Development, Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Management, and Real Estate Finance. John’s vast experience and diverse business background allows him to build and develop new projects
